Abbas Ismail formed XO Global in January of 2006 and is currently its President and CEO. Ismail leads the company in new product development, and strategizing its internal operations for growth and expansion. He plays a vital role in the successful delivery of each project through his passion for satisfying each client, both big and small, and his expertise in systems and web development. Abbas hand built the initial versions of many of the company’s proprietary software, including its fundamental Content Management System, which allows for novice users to easily manage content and for expert users to streamline their application development process and easily. Prior to founding XO Global, Ismail was a private consultant and freelancer to many small and medium businesses. Through his vision and strategy, he formed XO Global to better manage its software installations and build a platform to service his clients more effectively. Ismail holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA. In addition, he is currently pursuing his Masters of Business Administration in International Business and Real Estate at Baruch College of the City University of New York. Raised in New Jersey, Imran attended New York University, receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics in 2006. Imran joined XO Global in the early fall of 2007 after leaving his post at Bear Stearns (now JP Morgan Chase). Imran leads the company in client acquisition and retention.
