Our approach to web development is to customize our solutions from beginning to end. Therefore we take a consultant’s approach in planning out websites with our clients. XO Global's Website Development Process

Step 1: Design

The first stage in our website development process is to come up with an appropriate and amicable graphic design layout. This is usually completed within 1 week of signing with XO Global. At this point we encourage our clients to review and critique the design.

Step 2: Site Mapping

Pending approval, the next stage is site mapping. We meet with the client again in order to plan out the site in detail (ie How should pages be linked? What are the names of the sections required?). This is basically a brainstorming session between the client and the project manager.

Step 3: Development

XO Global begins programming the content management system and related modules. Customization takes the most time during this stage, as many of our products are already built. The programming stage usually takes about 3-4 weeks, depending on the scope of the project.

Step 4: Testing

The next step is testing the site. Our thorough testing process usually eliminates all malfunctions; however we do allow our clients to join us in testing and suggesting some improvements.

Step 5: Training/Launch

The last stage is training and launch of the site. Before allowing the public to view the site, we train our clients on how to use the software solutions we are providing them. Thereafter we are available for tech support services. Once the entire website is completed and has been launched, clients are given a 2-3 week period during which they can test the site and return to XO Global with one full list of minor functional and aesthetic changes
