What if I need to update my site just for internal use?
You can keep your employees up to date with company information by applying access levels to sections and pages on the site. This way a company-wide announcement can be made online without publicizing it!

What if I am in the middle of creating a new page but can’t finish right now?
You can easily save the unfinished page on your website, and set the page access to “administrator” to keep it hidden from public view.

Can I use a different layout for a new page?
Yes. Every content management system has an option built in for web admin to choose the layout desired. XO Global loads a few different layout templates to choose from, or you can keep it consistent and use the same layout as all other pages and sections.

Can I add new sections on the menu or submenu?
Each website that is built on our content management system gives admin access to a “Pages” section. Here admin can add and remove pages, enter and edit content on those pages, name the page, and even choose the order in which they appear on the menu. Adding a subsection or subpage is easily done as well. Once you submit/save your edits, they are applied to menus if needed. Your new pages and sections will automatically appear on the menu!
